When a potential client approaches a lawyer, often times the first question asked by the client is whether the lawyer practices a particular type of law.  The answer to that question should never be "yes" or "no."  Rather, the proper response is instead a request that the potential client describe in detail his or her problem so as to make a proper determination as to the nature of the issue, and then, what type of representation, if any, is appropriate.

Fact patterns often, if not always, involve a myriad of interconnecting and overlapping business, legal and personal considerations.  Analyzing complicated matters and discerning a path forward is what we do best, whether the matter involves administrative law, international transactional matters, state or federal litigation or appeal, or contract review/negotiations.

Our practice culture reflects a holistic recognition that the job of a lawyer requires that the practitioner not be encumbered by the economic burdens of archaic business models but rather requires the attorney to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.

We do our best work outside the box.

Jack Webb is an Honors graduate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  Prior to law school, and after receipt of a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance also from the University of Florida, Jack worked as an analyst for a registered investment advisor in New York.  However, Jack will always be at first a proud graduate of Iona University in New Rochelle, New York.

Upon graduation from law school, Jack started his law career in a big law environment as an associate attorney at the law firm of Mahoney, Adams & Criser, now known as McGuire Woods.

After a time, Jack ventured back into a more business/operational oriented role when he accepted a position with CTI Logistics, now known as CEVA Logistics. Jack served as a Director for approximately 8 years handling labor and employment matters as well as negotiation of outsourcing initiatives in multiple industry sectors for CEVA's North American operations.  Jack stayed with CEVA long enough to assist in the navigation from a publicly traded entity to one consumed by private equity.

While practicing law and prior to the creation of Jack Webb Law, Jack served on the City of Jacksonville, Florida City Council, presiding as president from 2010-2011.
