Our Philosophy

When a potential client approaches a lawyer, often times the first question asked by the client is whether the lawyer practices a particular type of law. The answer to that question should never be “yes” or “no.” Rather, the proper response is instead a request that the potential client describe in detail his or her problem so as to make a proper determination as to the nature of the issue, and then, what type of representation, if any, is appropriate.

Fact patterns often, if not always, involve a myriad of interconnecting and overlapping business, legal, and personal considerations. Analyzing complicated matters and discerning a path forward is what we do best, whether the matter involves administrative law, international transactional matters, state or federal litigation or appeal, or contract review/negotiations.

Our practice culture reflects a holistic recognition that the job of a lawyer requires that the practitioner not be encumbered by the economic burdens of archaic business models but rather requires the attorney to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.
